Description of a beveled mirror:

A "beveled mirror" refers to a mirror that has undergone the process of cutting its edges to a specific angle and size in order to produce an elegant, framed look. This process leaves the glass thinner around the edges of the mirror, while the large middle portion remains thicker. Beveling is normally applied to mirrors that serve as a focal point in the room.

How we install your custom wall mirrors.

  • We normally use J-Channel to support the mirror at the bottom. Several different finishes and colors available including: Chrome, brushed nickel, satin chrome, brass and oil rubbed bronze.
  • Decorative Clips, Standoffs and Rosettes are also available. These can be installed either on the corners or thru the mirrors for achieving your desired look.
  • We use mastic to glue the mirror to the wall for maximum safety.
  • We can provide you with cut outs for your electrical outlets as well as larger openings for vents or TV mounts

To get a free price quote we need you to provide the basic measurements. A few pieces of information are needed:

  • Length of the entire wall
  • Height of the wall
  • Number and location of cut outs (including plugs, light switches, etc) and type of cut outs (single, double, or triple)
  • Access to the area (if there are stairs/elevators, small entryways, other obstructions)
  • If you are interested in a bevel edge, what is the width.

Our mirrors come with a variety of edges such as polished edge, beveled and barked.

Note: One Way Mirror or Transparent Mirror acts as a one way mirror only when the light ratio is 10x greater on the viewed side. Also known as one way mirror, two way mirror, one way glass, two way glass and Mirropane.
